COIMA has always been attentive to the environmental sustainability issues, committing corporate efforts to set a virtuous model in the sustainable development processes. All COIMA activities, from development to management, share the principles of sustainability creating examples of best practice.

COIMA has consolidated over the years a solid track record in sustainability, developing and managing 400,000 square meters of LEED certified buildings. COIMA takes part in the LEED program with a specialized staff LEED Green Associate, promoting a constant corporate training program focused also on further certifications such as WELL, BREEAM and Cradle-to-Cradle.

COIMA focuses its sustainable commitment on urban, environmental, infrastructural, management and security issues in the urban redevelopment processes, concentrating the attention on construction sites, selection of materials, energy saving and performance of existing systems, obtaining significant results for its stakeholders in the last 10 years projects.
